What is the 2021 Tri-State Collaborative Workshop Series?

The 2021 Tri-State Collaborative Workshop is an interstate collaborative effort to increase opportunities for practitioners to earn live continuing education hours, increase revenues for the each state association during the ongoing pandemic, and promote best practice among occupational therapists. 

The 2021 Tri-State Collaborative Workshops are hosted on Saturdays through 2021. They consist of a live introduction by the host site, pre-recorded content, and a live question and answer session. The 2021 Tri-State Collaborative Workshop will not be recorded and will not have content provided at a later date for viewing. These Workshops must be attended live. Live attendance and participation with speakers ensures the GOTA can offer hands-on continuing education credits.

June 26th, 9:30am-6pm

• School-Based Mental Health: ESSA and SISP from Cindy Clough

• Preparing the Hand for Occupation: Developing Fine Motor Control Skills  from Camille Skubik-Peplaski

• Tissue Biomechanics 101: The science behind tissue lengthening from Mike Borst 

How much?

$75 for practitioners & $25 students

Not able to make it in June or interested in other topics? 

We encourage all Georgia practitioners to support our collaborative partners during their 2021 Workshops on May 22nd and July 24th. For details on the topics covered see attached.

When can I register?
