GOTA Continuing Education Course Approval
The Continuing Education Review Committee is a sub-committee of the GOTA Education Committee. Members are appointed by the President of GOTA, and are former Georgia O.T. Licensure Board members. The Committee’s purpose is to review courses submitted by CEU providers, who wish to have their educational offerings pre-approved for content and hours according to Georgia Licensure Board standards.
There is a fee for this service, and though approval does not guarantee acceptance by the Georgia OT Licensure Board, historically, they have accepted GOTA’s recommendations on courses.
GOTA now offers the option to have your GOTA Approved continuing education course placed on the website calendar of events for an additional $25.00 fee. Just check the event calendar posting on the CEU Application. If you have additional questions concerning this option, please contact the GOTA Executve Office.
