David Clark, F.A.O.T.A.
David D. Clark is a retired occupational therapist that lives with Sophie, the cat, in Mt. Airy, NE Georgia. As a therapist, he served in the positions of staff therapist, senior staff therapist, senior therapist in charge, chief occupational therapist and rehabilitation director. In his later years he worked as a traveling therapist in Florida. He was a member of the NOVA Southeastern University educational staff, and has been a member of the AOTA, WFOT and the FOTA and GOTA since he was a student. He was a member of many other national organizations. He served as an officer in many positions in all associations and organizations and currently is the NE Ga. Regional Representative. He is active in AARP and the Cornelia United Methodist Church. He has received many awards over the years including the Award of Merit from the AOTA.
